This article presents a problem that is object of investigation in Panama and can limit the successful performance of a person in daily life. The general goal is to analyze the Technological Illiteracy and the techniques to solve it on the XXI Century, with relevant authors like:Gutiérrez, (2003); Ballestero (2011); Area, (2014); Manes, (2017); Mora, (2017).The term illiteracy have been interpreted over the years and what strategies could be designed to solve this issue. The methodology used was the andragogical or adult education approach with bibliographic and documentary hermeneutic method. Among the results obtained, the data shown by this research is revealed, which designs a method to contribute to the solution of this shortcoming. It is concluded that Andragogical or Adult Education is very important for this tertiary sector and the usage of the technological tools, to learn how to apply them in the personal and working life.Este artículo presenta un problema que es objeto de investigación en Panamá y que puede limitar el desenvolvimiento exitoso de una persona en su vida cotidiana. El objetivo general es analizar, el analfabetismo tecnológico y técnicas para resolverlo en el siglo XXI, y con autores relevantes como: Gutiérrez, (2003); Ballestero (2011); Area, (2014); Manes, (2017); Mora, (2017). Se han interpretado los términos de analfabetismo con el paso del tiempo, qué estrategias pudieran diseñarse para resolver esta problemática. La metodología utilizada fue el enfoque andragógico con método de hermenéutica bibliográfica y documental. Entre los resultados obtenidos se muestran los datos arrojados por esta investigación, la cual diseña un método para coadyuvar en la solución de esta falencia. Se concluyó que, la importancia de la Andragogía es vital para este sector terciario junto con el uso de las herramientas tecnológicas, para poder aprender a aplicarlas en la vida personal y laboral.
