dc.description.abstract	El propósito del presente estudio se centró en explicar las estrategias pedagógicas para el aprendizaje del inglés a través de las herramientas tecnológicas en los estudiantes del Instituto Técnico de David. La investigación se sustenta en el paradigma cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo. La educación panameña en la búsqueda de elevar la excelencia educativa y el producto a formar se encuentra en la constante búsqueda de estrategias innovadoras, recreativas y pertinentes a los cambios de la sociedad, por ello ha vinculado las TIC ́s como elemento mediador del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje. Según los resultados obtenidos, se concluyó que los docentes que imparten dicho saber dentro del Instituto Técnico de David requieren fortalecer las estrategias pedagógicas incorporando la innovación tecnológica dentro de las aulas de clase para robustecer la enseñanza y aprendizaje del inglés, de manera que los estudiantes generen competencias sólidas y acertadas como futuros ciudadanos del mundo.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Through this research, it has been possible to determine which are the leading containerized cargo ports in the national and Latin American level. A wide variety of indicators used to measure port connectivity were chosen according to various sources such as CEPAL, IMT and UNCTAD, all with a different perspective to measure the degree of connectivity of a port. The selection of the indicators used in this research was carried out based on the results of a survey applied to experts in the port sector of Panama and other Latin American countries. The chosen indicators wereannual deployed capacity of TEUs, storage capacity, port connectivity rate, dock loading and unloading productivity. Through the analysis of the indicators and the weighting of their results, it was possible to identify the best ports both nationally and in the rest of Latin America.
