Abstract: In the following presentation the problem of the compliance or compliment officer like an imputation factor of corporate criminal liability is approached. This is, when opting for a model of criminal liability of the legal person for their own facts and not a model of criminal liability derived from their executives facts anymore, the compliance appears like a key figure for the criminal imputation of the entity. In this way, different arguments whereby an adequate program of law enforcement must act as an exoneration of criminal liability for the companies and not only like an extenuating of the penalty that will finally be attribute to the corporations are board. From there, the discussion will go through the requirements that the fulfillment programs must have and the bodies of corporate control, in order to prevent the criminal risk of both the entity and its managers.es_ES
