| dc.description.abstract | The training of the English-teaching teacher is essential to provide a quality education, develop linguistic and communicative skills, prepare students for globalization, and promote pedagogical innovation. Thereforethe present research underscores the need to address the challenges faced to ensure quality education that prepares teachers for the demands of a globalized and technological world.For this study, an exhaustive documentary and bibliographic review was conducted, involving a systematic search in academic databases in Spanish and English, digital libraries, etc. The results showed that the initial training of teachers is insufficient to respond to new bilingual educational models, highlighting the importance of curriculum updating, the development of linguistic competencies, and the integration of educational technologies in teacher training to achieve transformative education. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La formación del docente que enseña inglés es esencial para proporcionar una educación de calidad, desarrollar habilidades lingüísticas y comunicativas, preparar a los estudiantes para la globalización y fomentar la innovación pedagógica. Es por esto por lo quela presente investigación subraya la necesidad de abordar los retos que se enfrentan para garantizar una educación de calidad que prepare a los docentes para las demandas de un mundo globalizado y tecnológico. Para este estudio se utilizó una revisión documental y bibliográfica exhaustiva para lo cual se realizó una búsqueda sistemática en bases de datos académicas en español e inglés en bibliotecas digitales y otras fuentes.Los resultados mostraron que la formación inicial de los docentes es insuficiente para dar respuesta a los nuevos modelos educativos bilingües, además de destacar la importancia de la actualización curricular, el desarrollo de competencias lingüísticas y la integración de tecnologías educativas en la formación docente para lograr una educación transformadora. | |
