Con la pandemia de SARS-COV-2 en el año 2020 cambió siJnificativamente el sistema de atención de salud tanto a nivel mundial como en Panamá. El desconocimiento e incertidumbre sobre este patógeno y la necesidad de personal de primera línea, los expuso al desgaste físico y psicológico.
