| dc.description.abstract | The federalism and the decentralization have gained relevance nowdays as principle of political and administrative organization. This thesis determines the historical development of the federalist movement in Chiriqui. To develop this thesis have been chosen three types of investigation which best adapt to reach the target objectives. According to the temporary reach, this investigation is a transversalstudy and according to its deep, it is a descriptive research and in relation to the characteristics of the method presented is quantitative. The evaluation of data was performed by human sources (teachers who work in different schools of the Chiriaui settlers of David city) and the material sources (textbooks, magazines. encyclopedias and others). The variables evaluated through an interview and a survey were the following: Federalist Theories Historical Development and Federalist Movement. This information is presented in charts and graphics. To analyze this information statistic methods were use to obtain a better interpretation of the results. The values obtained by the Federalist Theory were averaged out they confirmed that the federalists theories and their implications are widely known by the population of Chiriqu Besides, through the analysis of the results it was proved that there is an appropriate knowledge about the Historical Development of the federalist movement in Chiriqui. Finally, the results obtained for the variable Federalist Movement indicates that the Chiriqui population know about it and its impact in the life of the towns. So, this Thesis of Grade permits to conclude that there is interest in the population to look for feasible alternatives to contribute a better use of the resources of the country and consequently a positive economical development to improve the social security and promote the Balance as a free and independent nation. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El federalismo y la descentralización han cobrado relevancia en la actualidad coma principios de organización política y administrativa. Esta tesis determina el desarrollo histórico del movimiento federalista en Chiriquí. Para el desarrollo de la misma se seleccionaron los tipos de investigación que mejor se adaptan para el logro de los objetivos propuestos. Según su alcance temporal, la investigación es un estudio transversal; de acuerdo a su profundidad, es una investigación descriptiva y, por el carácter de la medida, la investigación se plantea como cuantitativa. Para la evaluación de los datos se recurrió a fuentes humanas (docentes que laboran en diferentes planteles de la provincia de Chiriquí moradores de la ciudad de David) y fuentes materiales (textos, revistas, enciclopedias, otras). Las variables: evaluadas por medio de entrevistas y una encuesta fueron Teorías Federalistas, Desarrollo Histórico y Movimiento Federalista. La información obtenida es presentada en cuadros y gráficamente. Para su análisis, se recurrió a la estadística para una mejor interpretación de los resultados. Al promediar los valores obtenidos para la variable Teorías Federalistas, se demostró que las teorías federalistas y sus Implicaciones son conocidas por la población Chiricana. Adicionalmente se comprobó a través de los resultados, que hay un conocimiento apropiado acerca del desarrollo histórico del movimiento federalista en Chiriquí. Finalmente, los resultados obtenidos para la variable Movimiento Federalista indican que la población chiricana conoce sobre el movimiento federalista y su impactos en la vida de los pueblos. Así, esta Tesis de Grado permite concluir que existe interés en la población por buscar alternativas viables que ayuden a una mejor utilización de los recursos del país y por ende, a un desarrollo económico positivo que redunde en un aumento de la seguridad social y promueva la estabilidad coma nación libre e independiente. | |
