| dc.description.abstract | The research was based on the evaluation of the organizational climate and its impact on the quality of service of the administrative staff at Centro Regional Universitario de Baru (CRUBA), trying to determine in what way the work environment transcends the work system and the performance of the service towards the university students.The results obtained from the administrative staff demostrated the organizational climate as outstanding, due to its high qualifications, considering that the factors involved in the study are favoring the conditions of an environment that reflects job satisfaction while the student ́s perception regarding the provision of the service from the administrative staff, also shows a high degree of satisfaction this indicates that the conservation of the favorable environment was affecting the quality of the service provision. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo busca correlacionar de manera cuantitativa la incidencia de La investigación se centró en la evaluación del clima organizacional y su impacto en la calidad de servicio del personal administrativo del Centro Regional Universitario de Barú (CRUBA), intentando determinar de qué manera trasciende el ambiente laboral sobre el sistema operativo, el desempeño laboral y la prestación del servicio hacia el estudiante universitario. Los resultados obtenidos del personal administrativos demostraron identificar el clima organizacional como destacado, debido a su alta calificación, considerando que los factores involucrados en el estudio están propiciando las condiciones de un ambiente que refleja satisfacción laboral, mientras que la percepción de los estudiantes con respecto a la prestación del servicio del personal administrativo, también muestran un alto grado de satisfacción, esto indica que la conservación del ambiente favorable está incidiendo en la calidad de la prestación del servicio | |
