| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this analysis is to develop the relationship in leadership styles and the cost of agency due to the moral conflict that is generated in organizations to conclude on whether there is a particular line between the different currents of said administrative phenomenon. To achieve this objective, different investigations in this regard were reviewed and it was possible to verify how the characteristics of leadership impact on the cost of agency, generating a greater or lesser impact for organizations. At the end of the study, conclusions are presented that allow further studies on the subject in question. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente análisis posee como objetivo desarrollar la relación en los estilos de liderazgo y el costo de agencia por el conflicto moral que se genera en las organizaciones para poder concluir sobre si existe un lineamiento particular entre las distintas corrientes de dicho fenómeno administrativo. Para lograr dicho objetivo, se revisaron distintas investigaciones al respecto y se pudo constatar como las características del liderazgo impactan en el costo de agencia generando un mayor o menor impacto para las organizaciones. Al final del estudio se presentan conclusiones que permiten ampliar los estudios respecto del tema en cuestión. | |
