| dc.description.abstract | La investigación sobre los determinantes y empoderamiento en la saludo del cuidador principal del eso los determinantes empoderamiento en la salud del encamado, es relevante pertinente. Los antecedentes bibliográficos sobre el tema en nivel local resultaron inexistentes. La bibliografía de estudios encontrados tratan temas sobre gerentes encamados el estrés que sufre el cuidador; pero esta investigación tiene como propósito develar las acciones que realizan los cuidadores principales para prevención de enfermedades y promoción de su salud. Por tanto, se considera notorio que la temática no dispone de un estudio que permita favorecer al cuidador en la prevención de enfermedades Y promoción de su salud en nivel de la provincia de Chiriquí. Los servicios de salud en toda la República de Panamá, no han desarrollado programas estructurales destinados al cuidado integral de los cuidadores principales, quienes terminan convirtiéndose en enfermos y, en algunas ocasiones, llegan a fallecer antes que los pacientes a su cargo. El Instituto de Estadísticas y Censos de la Republica de Panamá establece que los daños a la salud de la población se orientan hacia la persistencia de enfermedades consideradas como prevenibles, razón por la cual es imperativo que se asistan a los cuidadores principales n sus hogares, con el fin de garantizar la prevención de enfermedades. estudio que emprendemos es de tipo cualitativo, de diseño fenomenológico descriptivo, en donde el escenario son los hogares de las participantes, con el propósito de captar la naturaleza del fenómeno vivido., Para la recopilación de los hechos, se utilizarán técnicas como la observación no participante, entrevista semiestructurada grupo focal. Los resultados se procesan utilizando el programa estadístico Atlas Ti. Todo ello permitirá trabajar con el rigor metodológico necesario para dotar la investigación de sustento científico. Se espera que la calidad de vida de los cuidadores principales se mantenga a través de su inclusión en los programas de visita domiciliaria de la Caja de Seguro Social y Ministerio de Salud, independientemente de que sea asegurado o no, 1o cual pretende ser el mejor aporte de este estudio. | Es_es |
| dc.description.abstract | The research involving the determinants and empowerment in the health of the bedridden patient's primary caregiver is relevant and pertinent. Background literature on the subject, at a local level, was nonexistent. Moreover, background literature on bedridden elderly people and the stress experienced by the caregiver was found. However the purpose of this research is to reveal the actions performed by the primary caregiver to prevent discases and promotc its own health. Thus, it is important to mention that the thematic does not have a study that favors the caregiver in disease prevention and health promotion at the province of Chiriqui. The health services offered throughout the Republic of Panama have not developed structural programs for the integral care of the primary caregivers who end up becoming ill, and in some cases, they die before the patient. The Institute of Statistics and Census of the Republic of Panama states that the damages on the health of the population are oriented towards the persistence of diseases considered preventable. Because of this, it is imperative to attend primary caregivers in their homes in order to ensure the prevention of discases. The study that we will perform is qualitative and of descriptive phenomenological design. The scenarios are the homes of the participants in order to capture the naturc of the lived phenomenon. Techniques such as the non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews and focal groups are going to be used to collect the data. The results are going ta be processed using the statistical program Atlas Ti. All of these will allow working with the methodological rigor necessary to provide the research with scientific support. It is expected that the quality of life of primary caregivers is maintained through its inclusion in the home visiting programs of the Social Security Fund and the Ministry of Health, regardless of whether the caregiver insured or not, which aims to be the best contribution this study. | en_US |
