| dc.description.abstract | The doctoral thesis called "Knowledge in museology for the development of historical thinking of student of the Bachelor's and History of the Faculty of Humanity, UNACH, 2018" has as its primary objetive to analyze the relationship between museology and the development of historical thinking of students of the Degree in Geography and History of the Faculty of Hmanities of the UNACHI. To this end, a mixed type methodology is used, where the soures of information are 56 students from 3 and 4 years of the Bachelor's Degree in Geography and History and teachers who teach the Chair of History at the Faculty of Hmanities Three instruments were applied: a knowledge test, a questionnaire with open questiones and a questionnaire with closed questiones through the technique of gathering interview and surveys. The results reveal the low knowledge and development thar students have of their historical thinking as well as the lack of teaching learning strategies trat motivate the acquisition of skills for the developmente of historical thinking. | dc.description.abstract | La tesis doctoral denominada "Conocimiento en museología para el desarrollo del pensamiento histórico de los estudiantes de la Licenciatura e Historia de la Facultad de Humanidad, UNACHI, 2018" tiene como objetivo primordial analizar la relación entre la museología y el desarrollo del pensamiento histórico de los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Geografía e Historia de la Facultad de Humanidades de la Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí. Para tal fin, se utiliza una metodología de tipo mixta, donde las fuentes de información son 56 estudiantes de 3 y 4 to año de la Licenciatura en Geografía e Historia y docentes que imparten la cátedra de Historia en la Facultad de Humanidades. Se aplicaron tres instrumentos: un test de conocimiento, un cuestionario con preguntas abiertas y un cuestionario con preguntas cerradas a través de la técnica de recolección entrevistas y encuestas. Los resultados dan a conocer el bajo conocimiento y desarrollo que tienen los estudiantes de su pensamiento histórico, así como también la falta de estrategias de enseñanza aprendizaje que motiven la adquisición de las competencias para el desarrollo del pensamiento histórico.
