| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación lleva como norte conocer la situación actual de la relación
del estudiante con la asignatura Métodos Y Técnicas de Investigación en el último año L y
la falta de conocimiento en investigación de parte del estudiante al culminar la carrera en
la Facultad de Humanidades en la Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí, El tema se basa
en la importancia que tiene la investigación como función primordial de la Universidad
Autónoma de Chiriquí.

El estudio fue realizado, en las 10 carreras de la Facultad de Humanidades en la
UNACHI, su objetivo primordial es el desarrollo de la investigación en los estudiantes de
la Facultad de Humanidades en el nivel de Licenciatura, en el que se evaluó no solo la
situación del contenido y desarrollo de la asignatura de investigación en el último año,
sino también la evaluación del proceso de las investigaciones hechas por los estudiantes
con base en sus conocimientos adquiridos para tales fines. Con ello, se intenta obtener
un marco de referencia con base a los resultados que se pueda visualizar y conocer cuál
es la situación que enfrenta la asignatura de investigación en el último año
Este trabajo se llevó a cabo, dividiendo el estudio en cinco capítulos. En Su primera
parte abarca un estudio de carácter descriptivo donde se analizan tantos datos
cuantitativos, procedentes de la Licenciaturas de la Facultad de Humanidades objeto del
estudio, como información de corte cualitativo, obtenido a través de cuestionarios
previamente validados complementados por otros especialistas. Cubierto el primer
objetivo, la siguiente etapa de la tesis doctoral, es la de investigar si la relación del
estudiante con la asignatura Métodos y Técnicas de Investigación en el última año y la
