La investigación estudia la problemática de los efectos de la motivación en él rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del instituto profesional y técnico de Chiriquí oriente en el periodo 2015-2016, con la misión de hacer una propuesta intitulada:""guía de orientación psicopedagógica que fomente la motivación intrínseca y extrínseca para El mejoramiento del proceso enseñanza - aprendizaje y su rendimiento académico.The research studies the problems of the Greets of motivation y the students of the Professional and Techicall nstitute of Chiriquí Oriente in the period of 2015 - 2016, with the mission to make a proposal entitled: "Guide of psych pedagogic orientation that promotes intrinsic and extrinsic motivation for improving the teaching-teaming process and the academic perfomlance" The approach to the problem in confined to determine the causes of iow performance of the students of Professional and Technical Institute of Chiriqui Oriente and the relationship between intervening factors motivational such as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, the methods and motivation technics that could increase academics performance in specifics subjects like: Spanish, physics and ma&ematics of the curriculum program of Professional Technical Education.
