| dc.description.abstract | The research was based on the evaluation of the organizational climate and its impact on the quality of service of the administrative staff at University regional center of Baru (CRUBA), trying to determine in what way the work environment Transcends the work system and the performance of the service towards the university students. The results obtained from the administrative staff demonstrated the organizational climate as outstanding, due to its high qualifications, considering that the factors involved in the study are favoring the conditions of an environment that reflects job satisfaction while the student́s perception regarding the provision of the service from the administrative staff, also shows a high degree of satisfaction this indicates that the conservation of the favorable environment was affecting the quality of the service provision. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de investigación consiste en la creación de un catálogo digital de frutas y vegetales existentes en la provincia de Chiriquí en el año 2022. Con esto se busca dar a conocer las principales frutas y vegetales existentes en la provincia de Chiriquí, presentar algunos aspectos relevantes de los productos, valor nutricional de los mismos, además dar información veraz para así incentivar a las personas a consumir frutas y vegetales. Este catálogo brindará información importante que será útil al momento de escoger algunos de estos alimentos; ya que la tendencia de la población es no consumir alimentos sanos por falta de conocimiento o información. Además, esta información le ayudará a los consumidores a conocer, seleccionar y adquirir productos de buena calidad. El objetivo general de esta investigación es: desarrollar un catálogo digital de las principales frutas y vegetales presentes en la provincia de Chiriquí, 2022 mediante una investigación documental, junto a una investigación de campo para así poder presentar un informe completo y poder realizar este catálogo digital. Este catálogo será de interés para futuras investigaciones o consultas en esta temática, ya sea por especialistas del área de nutrición o áreas afines que estudien las frutas, vegetales y la importancia de consumirlas. | |
